Boo’s Fish Salad

Ingredients

4 c. leftover broiled Wahoo or other flaky white fish

1/2 c. chopped scallions

3 T. chopped fresh dill

1 c. tiny chopped celery (3 stalks)

1/2 t. soy sauce

1 T. lemon juice

1 c. mayonnaise (or what it needs to mix well)

Directions

Mix and chill.
Serve on watercress with tomato wedges.
